Caulking Service

Caulk breaks down over time — cracking, peeling, and pulling away from surfaces. Failed caulk around tubs, sinks, counters, and windows allows water damage and drafts.

I remove old caulk completely, clean and dry the surfaces, and apply fresh caulk in clean, even lines. I use silicone for wet areas and paintable latex for trim and gaps.

Regular re-caulking is one of the cheapest ways to prevent expensive water damage. I recommend checking caulk lines every 2-3 years.
